At explosion in the centre of the Albanian Shkoder eight people were injured

KIEV. 14 Jan. UNN. Eight people were injured in the explosion in the city of Shkoder near the border of Albania with Montenegro on Saturday, three of them seriously injured. It is reported by UNN with reference to the Montenegrin broadcaster RTCG.

An explosive device attached to a motorbike detonated in the afternoon in the heart of the city, near the office of the Serbian-Montenegrin national minority. According to the version of the Albanian police, the attack was a local businessman Lulzim Kula. Eight people were injured, three of them received severe injuries.

At the scene happened to be the crew of the RTCG, which made the story of the trade between Montenegrins and Albanians. An employee of the channel Raika Gardasevic suffered minor injuries and after medical aid had been released by doctors.

Albanian police gave an overview of entering and leaving cars from Shkoder and are investigating the incident.

As reported UNN, the European Union intends to determine how the 2025 “deadline” — the deadline for the next wave of expansion, particularly this year Albania plans to begin negotiations on accession to the EU.
