The residents of Blakley will receive a 6 million hryvnias of the help.

Appropriate changes made to the regional budget on Thursday, December 7, during the session of the regional Council.

As it turned out, previously allocated UAH 30 million was not enough. More than 430 statements of grant of cash assistance remained without consideration.

“Some families need this help. At the first examination in their homes were considered destroyed balconies, loggias, etc. in addition, there are families that have just returned to the city, they also need help”, – said the Chairman of Balakleya WGA Stepan Maselsky.

Also, according to the changes in the budget, an additional 6 million UAH will be directed to a lump sum payment to residents of Kharkiv region who are in difficult life situations.

“Basically, the residents of the area request to provide funds for treatment. We have given financial assistance for 30 million before the end of the year we have about 4 million. But in order to meet the needs of all applicants before the end of the year, we need another 20 million. The funds that are now allocated, – UAH 6 million is real money that will go to help our residents. Treatment is very expensive and we need to allocate them”, – said the Director of the Department of social protection of population of regional state administration Yuriy Shparaga.
